Joshelin Heaton - Director of operations
As Director of Operations, Joshelin oversees organizational systems, workforce operations, and strategic program support to ensure high-quality experiences for clients, families, and staff.
Her key responsibilities include full-cycle human resources functions, recruitment and onboarding, community relations, calendar and event coordination, transportation logistics, compliance oversight, and operational planning across multiple locations.
She is passionate about building strong teams, creating efficient systems, and supporting mission-driven programs that positively impact communities served by REACH A.K.G.
