REACH AKG DOES NOT offer Exchanges, Returns or Refunds of any kind on any FOOD, HEALTH or BEAUTY items offered for sale on our site. 

REACH AKG DOES NOT accept Returns or Refunds of any kind on any pre-packaged Electronic Items (i.e., phone chargers) offered for sale on our site. However, we DO accept Exchanges for pre-packaged Electronic Items that may be damaged or defective in the manufacturing process and that do not operate as expected at the time of purchase.

Inspect All Items: 

All items are fully inspected by REACH AKG staff prior to being listed for sale online, as well as when packaged for in-person pickup. Once you receive your online order, please inspect all items carefully before leaving the in-person pickup site. Many listed items that we carry on our site are mass produced and can have imperfections that might appear to be a defect. These are not to be considered as defects and are features of the manufacturing process.

Exchanges for Defective Pre-Packaged Accessories:

To be eligible for an exchange of your pre-packaged accessory purchase, you must first email REACH AKG within 1 days of receiving your defective item to alert us of the damage using the Subject Line: Exchange Request.

In the body of your email, PLEASE INCLUDE:

1. First & Last Name
2. Purchase Date
3. Confirmation Number
4. Reason for Exchange Request
5. Best Contact Email & Phone Number

Once provided with an email confirmation that your item is approved for an Exchange, return the defective Accessory, with the original packaging, to your local in-person pickup location on the instructed date. A copy of your receipt notating your proof of purchase MUST be presented at the time of the Exchange. Once a REACH Team Member receives and inspects the defective item and verifies your purchase, we will provide you with a replacement. If an exact replacement is not available, we will provide you with a comparable item on site.
