Kirnel is a native West Indian who immigrated to the United States with her family. As a first-generation scholar, Kirnel fostered a passion for supporting youth from marginalized, underserved, and underrepresented populations in cultivating their often un-tapped potential. Kirnel graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Agnes Scott College, majoring in Psychology, and minoring in Education. She then earned her Doctor of Philosophy in School Psychology from Georgia State University. She has since begun a career serving families with children with disabilities, both in the public school system, and in the private practice sector. As the President and CEO of REACH A.K.G. Education Consultants LLC, Kirnel continues to merge her passion for psychology and education, providing families with individualized, evidence-based, and therapeutic strategies to acquire knowledge for generational growth, development, and advancement.
Adrian has always had a passion for learning and community engagement. After years serving as a mentor in his local community, and as a servant leader in his church, Adrian pursued a career in education. He graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Mathematics from Georgia State University. Adrian then pursued his Masters of Arts in Teaching from Georgia State University, specializing in Mathematics Education. As a high school math teacher with over 12 years of experience in the public school system and as an entrepreneur he continues to educate youth and adults from all backgrounds and ability levels. As the Vice President of REACH A.K.G. Education Consultants LLC, Adrian is dedicated to effectively addressing the needs of all learners by empowering them to grow spiritually, mentally, and financially through education.
